Domestic Delivery
All orders are usually shipped by the following business day and will arrive in 3 to 5 business days via FedEx or USPS. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at (503) 616-3992 and we will make the necessary arrangements (additional charges may appy). Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping. For your protection, each package may be shipped fully insured with signature confirmation required. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to items that are heavier in weight, requiring special shipping, or are shipped beyond the 48 contiguous states (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). We will contact you if additional shipping charges apply.
International Delivery
At this time, we cannot ship your package internationally except to Canada. Additional charges may apply.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive confirmation containing the tracking number. Please make sure the delivery address is correct as errors can cause delays. If you give us a P.O. Box address, it will arrive via United States Postal Service. We cannot ship COD.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with any item please:
- Contact us at (503) 616-3992 or info@petlinens.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please indicate the RMA number and the reason for your return on the “original” Packing Slip, and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
- Return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.)
- For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Your return must be postmarked within 30 days (commencing from the date you receive your order).

Exceptions to this Return Policy
- We reserve the right to determine if a product is in used or in non-saleable condition.
- All clearance items are final sales.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.
Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Should your order not arrive within its approximate delivery time frame, please contact us. You must notify us within 30 days of the approximate delivery indicated within the item’s description. We will not be responsible for notifications after that time.
Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer’s request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 30% restock charge will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. Shipping is non-refundable.
Refused packages are subject to a 30% restock charge. A store credit will be issued for the balance, which is good for one year from the original order date. Shipping is non-refundable.
